  Allergy Services

  The Allergy team provides services for the following conditions:

  • Seasonal Rhinitis (hay fever)
  • Rhinitis due to dust mites, pets, or other allergies
  • Hives/Urticaria
  • Allergic swelling (Angioedema)
  • Food allergy (immediate type, like a peanut allergy)
  • Antibiotic and other drug allergies
  • Anaesthetic allergies
  • Bee or wasp sting allergies
  • Latex allergy
  • Anaphylaxis

  Clinical Immunology Services

  Our Clinical Immunology Services offer diagnoses and treatments for a range of immunological conditions.

  • Diagnosis and treatment of patients with Primary Antibody Deficiency and C1 Inhibitor Deficiency (both hereditary and acquired)
  • A home therapy training programme for Subcutaneous and Intravenous Immunoglobulin for Immunodeficiency, C1 Inhibitor Replacement Therapy, and/or Icatibant Therapy for Hereditary Angioedema
  • The investigation of patients with suspected immune deficiency, recurrent infections and other immunological conditions (complement deficiency, combined immunodeficiency, and Di George Syndrome)
