Have you got nerves of steel for our Children’s Appeal?
Do you fancy the opportunity to abseil down the historic Peel Tower monument in Bury, descending a drop of 128ft to raise funds for the young patients treated at our hospitals?
This could be the perfect challenge for 2023! Join us on Saturday 25th March and abseil down one of Bury’s most famous Landmarks, sat on Holcombe Hill, high above Greater Manchester with views overlooking the towns of Ramsbottom and Bury.
Registration is just £30 and includes the abseil experience with Alternative Adventure plus a t-shirt and medal. All participants are asked to raise a minimum sponsorship of £50 towards our Children’s Appeal, to help us to continue supporting children’s services across Lancashire Teaching Hospitals.
Time slots for the abseil start at 9am and run throughout the day in 10-minute intervals.
