Fundraising has reached new heights! Will you pledge to go over the edge for our hospital charity?
Our first fundraising challenge of the year is back! Join us on Saturday, 25th March, to abseil down one of Bury’s most famous landmarks, perched on Holcombe Hill, high above Greater Manchester, with stunning views overlooking the towns of Ramsbottom and Bury.
We have a limited number of places available for this year’s abseil down the historic Peel Tower monument in Bury. With a 128ft descent, this is the perfect challenge to kickstart 2025 while raising funds for vital charity projects across our hospitals!
Registration is just £30 and includes the abseil experience with Alternative Adventure, plus a charity t-shirt and medal. All participants are asked to raise a minimum sponsorship of £50, which will help us continue supporting patients, visitors, and staff well-being across Lancashire Teaching Hospitals.
Time slots for the abseil start at 9am and run throughout the day in 10-minute intervals.
We’d love for you to raise as much as you can in sponsorship. Every donation, big or small, will make a huge difference. Please visit www.justgiving.com/lancashireteachinghospitals to set up your online fundraising page or click here to download our sponsorship form.
If you’re entering to support Lancashire Teaching Hospitals Charity, you can choose to fundraise for our Children’s Fund or any other ward/department at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Just remember to let us know when signing up. To register on behalf of Baby Beat, supporting mothers and babies across Lancashire and South Cumbria, click here for more information!
Don’t miss out on this once-in-a-lifetime experience!
