Lead by Mary-Anne Parkinson, JES lead for RCN North West, and Chair of the RCN Stewards Committee, Maggy Heaton, the 2 hour-long learning session will focus on the importance of up-to-date and accurate job descriptions and examine whether existing banding is appropriate for current roles and responsibilities.
From 2pm there will be a joint branch meeting to discuss the issues affecting nursing on both a regional and national level.
