Lancashire Teaching Hospitals is asking patients, partners and other key stakeholders to share their views on social value by completing a short survey.
As an anchor institution, Lancashire Teaching Hospitals is committed to working with partners to reduce health inequalities and work with our communities to improve health and wellbeing, and we need your feedback to help shape our priorities.
To help achieve this, social value must be at the heart of our services. For us, social value demonstrates the difference our hospitals make, over and above the high-quality health and care services we deliver every day.
We’d welcome your feedback on a series of important pledges which will help make a positive impact to you.
Your help in co-designing our pledges will contribute towards us achieve the Social Value Quality Mark Level 1. This quality mark is one of the most rigorously tested standards of its kind in the UK, delivering a mark which recognises values-led organisations that benefit people, communities and the planet.
You can participate in the survey here: https://www.lancsteachinghospitals.nhs.uk/social-value-survey. The survey will be open until 10 November.
Your responses will be treated confidentially and will take around 5 minutes to complete.
