Urology
The Urology Service provides surgery for a range of urological (affecting kidneys, ureters, bladder, prostate and reproductive organs) conditions, including cancer, for both adults and children.
Less invasive techniques, such as keyhole (laparoscopic) surgery is undertaken where appropriate, and specialist treatment including laser surgery is available for female incontinence and erectile dysfunction.
The urology team comprises specialist consultants and clinical nurse specialists.
Outpatient clinics are held daily.
You can access the Urology Service via a referral from your GP.
