Visit the NHS Live Well website for advise and guidelines on keeping active for all age groups, plus visit the NHS Fitness Studio for videos of exercises you can do at home, including aerobics, strength and resistance and pilates/yoga, ranging from beginner to intermediate. You can also visit NHS Youtube for more videos including pilates for conditions and back care classes as well as HIIT classes.
