Word Cancer Day 2023

To mark World Cancer Day 2023 we spoke to Chris, a cancer patient who has been receiving care from the Trust since August 2022.

After noticing a ringing in his ear and a lump in his neck, Chris was knowledgeable enough to recognise the signs and symptoms and was referred to the Trust for his Oncology care.

We're so grateful to Chris for sharing his story which you can watch below, and with his help we've also developed a series of videos focussing on his journey, the importance of recognising signs and symptoms, his advice for others and the emotional and financial support available.
